Public Space Host

As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our partnership hotels. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service will ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, as well as replenishing linen and towels.
- Ensure public areas, including common spaces, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors are presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property, adhering to contractual requirements and company policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards interacting with colleagues and guests.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is highly regarded, but on-the-job training will be provided.
