About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to forge strong connections with new and existing customers, contractors, and consultants.
Your goal will be to maximize market share and profitability within your allocated engine segments and territories.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities using solution-selling techniques.
- Deliver compelling quotations and proposals that highlight our value proposition.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of opportunities through collaborative efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to expand into emerging markets.
- Manage inquiries, opportunities, and tender submissions effectively.
- Pollute and maintain sales systems with accurate data.
- Develop and implement a strategic coverage plan for customers.
- Recommend optimal technical solutions and alternative approaches to customer problems.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong background in sales with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency to close sales.

- The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires experience in selling heavy industrial solutions such as generators, compressors, pumps, etc., to clients across Western Australia.
You will have a local team of experts to work with and limited travel expected.
