As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain equipment to meet business needs
  • Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed
  • Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to set up, operate, and monitor equipment

Requirements

  • Experience in machine operations and TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery
  • Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manually handle material on the site
  • Adherence to all Quality Standards set by Mondelēz International
