Job Description

The role of a Mechanical Supervisor is pivotal within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide field guidance, support, and leadership on safety and work management.
  • Maintain equipment schedules, ensuring they are met, and perform regular servicing.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide training and mentoring, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained across various departments and sites.
  • Contribute to developing maintenance procedures and driving innovation in mechanical technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Australian Heavy Mobile Mechanical Trade Qualification.
  • Experience in underground mechanical maintenance and mining technologies.
  • Knowledge of registered plant inspections.
  • A valid manual Driver's License.
  • Desirable: WA Dangerous Goods Security Card, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, High Risk Licenses.
  • Previous SAP knowledge is an advantage.
