Finance System Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced system implementation expert to join our team and deliver high-quality finance systems.
As a key member of our transformation projects, you will provide technical expertise and serve as a bridge between finance and technology teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating month-end and year-end data rollovers, model refreshes, and data migrations.
- Leading the financial system SME in discovery, design, and implementation within transformation projects.
- Assuming ownership of Oracle design, development, and testing responsibilities.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Exceptional hands-on technical expertise in Oracle ERP and EPM.
- Recent experience in system accounting, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning within large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in reporting, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of SQL queries and Oracle coding, with advanced data modeling skills and a solid understanding of integrations and data management.
- Strong requirement gathering and change management skills, with experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- A hands-on, team-oriented attitude, willing to tackle any task to ensure team success.
