Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage kitchen inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.

Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong background in cooking and menu preparation.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on employee growth and development.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of kitchen financial performance indicators, including cost of goods, labor costs, and waste management.
  • Certifications: Possession of a commercial cookery certificate or equivalent experience.
