About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee commercial fit-out projects in Adelaide.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management – interpret plans and specifications, schedule labour, materials, and equipment, and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Safety Compliance – lead toolbox talks, enforce WHS policies, oversee site safety inspections, and ensure all works meet regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership – supervise trades and apprentices, allocate tasks, resolve on-site issues, and mentor junior staff.
  • Quality Assurance – monitor workmanship, arrange inspections, and drive corrective actions to reduce rework.
  • Budget Management – track site costs, support invoicing, and ensure projects remain within budget.
Requirements
  • Relevant trade background or equivalent construction management experience.
  • Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Proven ability to manage site budgets, schedules, and WHS procedures.
