Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Management professional to join our team. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will mentor and empower a small team of skilled ER/IR Advisors and assist the business to achieve its strategic goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of the ER/IR Advisory team.
  • Developing Industrial Relations strategies to minimize risk for the Company.
  • Leading the renegotiation and/or development of Enterprise Agreements where required.
  • Providing advice, support, and coaching to leaders in employee relations, performance management, disciplinary action, and policies and procedure application.
  • Managing and supporting the execution of cyclical HR events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate 8+ years of relevant HR experience within the mining, construction, engineering, or resources sector.
  • Demonstrate sound leadership and mentoring qualities.
  • Have the ability to draw upon a strong background in Industrial Relations.
