Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the wellbeing and inclusion program, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to support student wellbeing and inclusion
  • Provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to wellbeing and inclusion
  • Work closely with the school's leadership team to achieve school goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
  • Master's Degree (or higher) is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a management or coordinator role in a school is desirable
  • Current QCT Teacher Registration (or eligibility to gain)
  • Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to mentor and support colleagues
  • Support and uphold the values and ethos of the school
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
