Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for storage, data protection, and backup technologies globally.
  • Oversee the design, documentation, and implementation of best practices and technical standards for TES (Technology Engineering Services), ensuring regional alignment.
  • Work with outsourced technology partners to ensure effective implementation of storage and backup solutions, maintaining oversight of designs and ensuring operational success.
  • Lead the development of governance frameworks, dashboards, and key performance metrics to monitor and track system performance globally.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex storage and backup issues, providing guidance for BAU teams when needed.
About You

We are looking for an experienced technical lead who has a strong understanding of block file, and archive storage solutions as well as ransomware protection.

  • Proven experience in a global enterprise environment, setting technical direction and ensuring successful implementation of storage and backup solutions.
  • Expertise in both traditional and modern (BaaS) backup technologies, particularly in hybrid environments with a mix of on-premise and cloud-based (Azure) storage solutions.
  • Able to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for different stakeholders, including senior leadership.
