Product Owner

As a Product Owner in our Identity & Access Management Technology Area, you will play a key role in enabling and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission. You will guide them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad, constantly prioritising tasks and the squad's backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making. The Product Owner ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. This role is not a people manager, but a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and innovate the Authentication strategy & roadmap, considering the latest industry developments and alignment to the organisation's strategic goals.
- Work with Product Area Lead/Tech Area Lead to understand and plan for workforce capability needs, current and future.
- Manage and oversee the integration of Ping Identity solutions (or similar) within a broader ecosystem of security tools and solutions.
- Ensure that solutions meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Lead Agile teams and work within an Agile framework.
- Prioritise and manage product backlogs, defining clear and actionable user stories.
- Resource and Financial Management of investment and operations budgets.
