About The Role

">

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our New South Wales team in delivering projects and programs in the Clean Energy & Transmission sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a high-performing team to deliver projects from pursuit to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Establish and lead a high-performing team to deliver projects, programs, and bids from pursuit through execution.">
  • Develop and deliver market strategies for capital projects in public and private sectors; manage relationships with state, national, and international clients.">
  • Provide strategic leadership and SME input on project management, commercial management, and project controls; coordinate interfaces with engineering and grid compliance.">
  • Pursue and respond to government tenders; lead growth through new and existing client relationships and cross-selling opportunities.">
  • Represent the business at industry events and collaborations; mentor and develop team members.">

Qualifications and Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 20+ years of relevant industry experience predominantly in the Energy and Transmission sectors.">
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.">
  • An electrical technical background is advantageous but not mandatory.">
  • Experience delivering major energy and transmission projects; understanding of the electricity value chain, regulatory, and permitting requirements and industry trends.">
  • Preference for Australian experience with an established network within the power & transmission industry supply chain.">
  • Experience in both client and consultant environments; ability to lead a key client partnering approach and support growth.">
  • Proactive approach to business development and mentoring the team.">
