Pick Packer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented medical logistics professional to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for scheduled surgeries with precision and attention to detail
  • Monitor and manage the return and replenishment of loan sets to ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate effectively with transport providers to guarantee timely deliveries and pickups
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate daily logistics requirements and drive efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock cycle counts to ensure data integrity
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and invoices are prepared on time, meeting strict deadlines
  • Foster strong professional relationships with hospital staff and theatre teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes, driving innovation and best practices

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unlimited work rights)
  • Valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Two recent professional references that can attest to your skills and experience
