Fintech Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to drive strategic initiatives from inception through execution. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver first-in-class products and features.
About the Role- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategic priorities
- Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Define product features, write specifications, facilitate user research, iterate on feedback, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely product launches
- Engage with customers to build empathy and understand their needs
- Prioritize initiatives and projects based on business value and market trends
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
- Represent the product team in communication with cross-functional teams
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with domain knowledge of fintech or crypto payments preferred
- A data-driven approach viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
- A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
- Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative, and producing results
- Ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
- Diligent and open to learning new concepts and technologies
