Digital Store Operations Manager

As a Retail Leader, you play a key role in driving customer experience and sales growth across multiple channels.
The department responsible for selecting and packing online orders in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. Orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to customers in delivery vans.
You will have full accountability for the department, taking pride in contributing to a welcoming and inspiring customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level.
