We are looking for highly skilled individuals to fill the position of TRIM Expert at Zone IT Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the TRIM system, ensuring its smooth operation and maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • System Setup: Set up and configure the TRIM system, guaranteeing seamless integration with clients' business operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with the TRIM system, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Policy Framework: Develop and maintain a robust policy framework for the TRIM system, encompassing all necessary guidelines and procedures.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their record management needs, providing expert guidance on how to leverage the TRIM system effectively.
  • User Support: Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize the TRIM system efficiently.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to record management standards and best practices.
  • Technology Updates: Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements in TRIM technology, recommending system enhancements and upgrades.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a TRIM Expert or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of TRIM system functionality.
  • Understanding of record management principles, practices, and standards.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot the TRIM system.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Certification in TRIM or related record management systems is beneficial.
