This position is a key contributor to our team, responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
- EPMO Front Door: Serve as a trusted advisor and facilitator, offering expert advice and assistance to navigate the complexities of our enterprise.
- Trusted Advisor: Collaborate closely with staff to ensure smooth project execution, maintaining efficient documentation and effective communication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to promote awareness and capability of our P3 community in EPMO processes, systems, and standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of our EPMO toolkit by capturing lessons learned and driving ongoing improvements.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing new practices.
- Background in EPMO/PMO or performance improvement teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship management and customer service.
- Familiarity with EPMO frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Experience with productivity software and tools.
