About the Role
The Masters Drafting Manager will play a key role in enhancing and protecting our production timeframes, supporting our retail offering, and developing new and innovative ways to enhance our customer journey.
As a leader, you will proactively engage with internal departments to seek feedback and develop continuous improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ABN Victoria Masters Function
- Deliver on internal service level agreements
- Enable the delivery of our retail brands product requirements and enhance our customers' ease of purchase
- Proactively review quality assurance processes to provide and implement recommendations to business stakeholders
- Actively engage and manage leaders to ensure alignment of best practice Drafting processes are in place
- Communicate and coach stakeholders to enhance technical capability
What We're Looking For
You will bring your problem-solving skills and ability to take the lead to drive solutions to meet key performance indicators.
You will also have:
- High levels of Emotional Intelligence
- Exceptional Project and Change Management capabilities
- Proven Drafting system management (ArchiCAD)
- Proven delivery of process enhancements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to think strategically, then plan and execute efficiently
