Job SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate employment lawyer with strong employment law skills, who has a keen interest to build an employment law practice. This role will give you the opportunity to work across a wide range of matters while being nurtured and mentored by an industry leading down to earth and supportive employment/commercial law Director.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients on all aspects of workplace relations law matters.
- Conduct meticulous research and draft thorough legal documents that set industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest in employment law and provide forward-thinking advice that keeps our clients ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with our other lawyers and advisors from other service lines to deliver seamless, integrated support for our clients.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing trust and satisfaction.
- A minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Possess a comprehensive all-around skill set in employment law.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Good client and practice management skills.
- Ability to manage several matters simultaneously.
- Not afraid of a challenge.
- Value getting things done right.
