Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
- Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing wait times and maximizing patient satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
