Program Leader Opportunity

The role offers a range of opportunities for personal growth and professional development, whether you're new to the outdoor industry or an experienced outdoor professional looking for a new challenge.

We cater to various age and ability levels, providing hands-on learning experiences in the beautiful Victorian countryside. You will have the opportunity to support and facilitate groups through adventure-based activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and facilitating groups through adventure-based activities
  • Ensuring activities are operated to the highest safety standards
  • Challenging groups to work together to achieve desired outcomes
  • Educating students to apply skills learnt on program to their everyday life
  • Encouraging strong connections with our natural environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a minimum of a valid Working with Children Check, Remote Area First Aid or Wilderness First Aid Qualification, Up-to-date CPR Qualification, National Police Check, and Current Drivers Licence. Experience working with young people and logged experience in specialised activities are highly desirable.
