In this New Markets Development Executive role at Ingersoll-Rand plc, you will focus on expanding our presence in new markets and driving revenue growth through new business development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include determining market possibilities for new aftermarket products, developing these, and extending the market for established products. You will also implement processes, initiatives, and roll out of our Service and Spares programs, including signing service contracts with new customers and key accounts.
Furthermore, you will establish Voice of Customer orientated surveys to drive customer satisfaction and retention, identify and evaluate Aftermarket opportunities, and understand customer requirements for Industrial Sales and Aftermarket business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Determines the market possibilities for new aftermarket products, developing these and extending the market for established products.
- Implement the processes, initiatives and roll out of Gardner Denver Service and Spares programs. Key task of signing service contracts with new customers and key accounts as well as converting existing customers onto long term service and maintenance plans.
