Responsibilities
  • Ensure a strong culture of safety at all times, adhering to correct use of equipment, ladders, and trolleys.
  • Undertake departmental procedures according to Ten Tops standards.
  • Effective communication is key; ask questions if unsure.
  • Provide customer service to valued clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of merchandising and presentation standards in your work area at all times.
  • Stock, replenish, and rotate shelves and displays, prioritizing rotation.
  • Ensure working areas are tidy and free from hazards, containing trolleys, ladders, and boxes to one side.
  • Section off and clean up liquid spills immediately.
  • Operate and balance cash registers.
  • Strive for high presentation standards with yourself and uniform.
  • Contribute to creating a happy workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
  • Follow instructions from managers at all times.
  • Assist with product selection as required.
  • Clean duties as necessary.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and flexible.
