Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join our team at RSM. As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of domestic transaction tax compliance and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile tax returns for corporate entities;
  • Research tax issues and draft advice or technical papers;
  • Prepare tax effect accounting work papers;
  • Prepare and deliver in-house tax training;
  • Develop a basic understanding of tax consolidation, employee incentive plans, and foreign income;
  • Assessable income, allowable deductions, capital allowances, fringe benefits tax, capital gains tax, loss provisions, transfer pricing, and withholding tax.

Requirements:

  • Business/Commerce/Finance degree with Accounting Major;
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
