About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Provisional Psychologist to join our Behaviour Support Practitioner team at Humanity Health Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide education and support to our customers and NDIS participants, focusing on participant goal attainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to customers and NDIS participants
  • Collaborate with other health professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support
  • Develop and maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality reports
  • Fulfill administrative requirements, including record keeping and billing
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders regarding progress
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and potential work
Requirements
  • Approved Psychology degree
  • General/Provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA
  • Behaviour Support Practitioner registration or eligibility to become registered
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability
  • Passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients
  • Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module
  • High levels of verbal and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check
  • Working with vulnerable people check
  • Valid Australian Drivers License and access to own vehicle
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in a clinical setting with individuals who have a disability
  • Clear understanding of the NDIS framework, funding, services, support categories, and procedures
