
Store Leadership Role

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.
You'll also play a key role in:
- Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values
- Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
- To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
- To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment
We're looking for someone who has previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience, is passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail, and possesses excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed. You'll also need strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
