About the Role

The Fund Operations Associate will partner with the Funds Management and Investor Relations teams to deliver a premium client experience and efficient support across our Unlisted Funds Management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage investor relations, handle investor queries, and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

  • Oversee outsourced registry services, coordinate new client onboarding, and ensure adherence to Dexus' Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) Program.

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met, review investor queries for improvements, and handle investor transactions and escalations.

  • Support business growth by setting up new funds with external and internal systems, reviewing fund structures and documents.

  • Assist in managing the platform, dealer groups, and planner network to maintain premier service quality.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required.

About You

To be successful, you will have a tertiary qualification in a commerce, finance, accounting, economics, or property discipline. In addition, you will likely have a minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a fund/investment manager or in a registry role.
