We are seeking a Waste & Collection Operative to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service at the gatehouse of one of our waste facilities and assist with recycling adjacent to the gatehouse.

The successful candidate will operate machinery including hook lift trucks, loaders, compactors, and semi-trailers depending on their licencing status. To succeed in this role, you will need to have customer service experience and be physically able to shift and move heavy items for storage and collection.

A C class licence is also required. We value strong communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Previous experience operating heavy trucks, plant, or machinery is highly regarded. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be proactive, and take pride in their work.
