SA Health: Renal Care Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse – Renal Dialysis to join our dynamic team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional to advance their career in healthcare and make a real difference in the lives of patients undergoing dialysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and coordinate individual patient needs, ensuring tailored care delivery.
- Provide direct, person-centred nursing care on a shift-by-shift basis.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Offer specialised case management and nursing care for dialysis patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient renal access, dietary needs, and overall wellbeing, adjusting care plans as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have competent routine maintenance haemodialysis experience with a minimum of 12 months in renal dialysis nursing.
Qualifications relevant to specialty, particularly in renal nursing or post-graduate qualifications in renal nursing, including in a haemodialysis setting, are desirable.

Salary Range: $72,651 - $99,129 p.a. (pro rata)
