The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse – Renal Dialysis to join our dynamic team and play a vital part in providing high-quality care within our Haemodialysis Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Coordinate Patient Care: Evaluate individual patient needs and develop tailored care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide Direct Nursing Care: Deliver person-centred nursing care on a shift-by-shift basis, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Specialised Case Management: Offer specialised case management and nursing care for dialysis patients, monitoring and evaluating patient renal access, dietary needs, and overall wellbeing.
- Continuous Learning Opportunities: Receive continuous learning opportunities and hands-on experience to develop at your own pace.
About the Role:
This ongoing part-time contract (24 hours per week) offers a competitive salary ranging from $72,651 to $99,129 p.a. (pro rata), depending on experience and qualifications.

What We're Looking For:
We require a registered nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience in renal dialysis nursing. Relevant qualifications, such as post-graduate qualifications in renal nursing, are desirable.
