We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Taxation Specialist to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in taxation and corporate governance to expand their skills and drive the growth of our organization.

About The Position

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves facilitating tax compliance, providing insights on taxation matters, and monitoring the timely lodgement of returns and settlement of taxes. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate taxation compliance, including lodging activity statements, payroll tax, fringe benefits tax and income tax returns.
  • Provide expert advice on Australian and international taxation matters.
  • Monitor and ensure timely lodgement of returns and settlement of taxes.
  • Respond to enquiries from the tax office as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of taxation and/or corporate governance experience, preferably with a Big 4 / mid-tier professional services firm in Australia.
