Executive Financial Leadership Role

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport.

This executive finance role requires a visionary leader with deep commercial acumen to shape the strategic direction of the business and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

The successful candidate will lead financial strategy, performance management, and investment planning to enable sustainable growth and profitability.

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in leading high-performing finance teams within complex matrix environments.

  • A CPA/CA or equivalent qualification is required, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in strategic resource planning and optimization across complex project environments is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and influence skills, with a proven ability to navigate stakeholder challenges and drive successful outcomes.
