Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Signal Processing Engineer to play a critical role in the development of our sonobuoy systems product space, particularly in our network/RF systems. This position involves a software/hardware mix and requires a broad range of technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software and hardware components for our sonobuoy systems, with a focus on network/RF systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components.
- Develop and implement algorithms for signal processing and real-time processing on Linux.
- Work with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Test and validate hardware and software components.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Strong background in algorithm/math/physics.
- Experience with embedded systems, RF systems hardware, real-time processing, C++ design and implementation, laboratory equipment, network understanding, hardware testing processes, Python, Linux, and Windows.
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 clearance.
