About the Role

As Maintenance Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure that dwellings, properties, and grounds are well-maintained through both scheduled and responsive maintenance services. You will complete all tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining meticulous electronic records to track progress and completion.

About You

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with elderly residents about maintenance activities, service interruptions, and operational changes with patience and clarity.
  • You are a highly active individual who approaches your work with enthusiasm and responsiveness, consistently demonstrating initiative when addressing both planned and unexpected maintenance needs.

  • National Police check
  • Australian Drivers licence
  • First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
