About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities.
  2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  3. Schedule and manage field staff to complete routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades.
  4. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety and security risks and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, costs, and outcomes.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, provide feedback, and evaluate performance to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel to regional areas as required.
