About the Role
You will play a vital role in providing customised assistance with household tasks for each client, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.

A day in the life as a Home Care Assistant at Regis Aged Care may involve:
- Providing services to clients in their homes as outlined in their care plans.
- Carrying out duties of general cleaning and support around the client's home.
- Monitoring the client and their environment and reporting any issues or concerns to your Client Services manager.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves on delivering customer service excellence.
You will have:
- A warm and caring nature.
- A positive and practical attitude and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills.
- A current driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle.
- Confidence and ability to use smartphone technology, including email and video conferencing.
- First Aid/CPR qualifications.

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including a police check, current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.
