Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Professional to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving quality coffee in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position requires availability to work Monday - Sunday from 4am. We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in café or hospitality
  • Understanding of Food Safety & Food Hygiene
  • Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously
