This role involves delivering quality coffee and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include serving high-quality food and coffee, driving sales and promotions, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Drive food and coffee sales/promotions
• Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Café or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with Food Safety & Food Hygiene regulations
• Experience using Point of Sale systems and cash handling
• Ability to work within a team environment or independently
