Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team and develop low latency and high-frequency exchange connectivity applications.

In this role, you will design, implement, and deliver complex software systems that meet business needs, managing a team of highly technical software engineers and leading projects from inception to deployment.

You will collaborate closely with quants and traders to deliver impactful trading tools and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deliver complex software systems that meet business needs.
  • Manage a team of highly technical software engineers.
  • Lead projects from inception to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics and trading teams to deliver impactful trading tools and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience as a technology leader.
  • Experience with exchange connectivity technology.
  • Ten or more years of experience designing and developing applications using object-oriented programming in C++ on Linux.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of full software development lifecycle and performance optimization/latency reduction methodologies.
