A commercially-minded professional with strong influencing skills and a sound understanding of strategic case management is essential.

About This Role:

  • Create and educate the team on treatment plans to support injured workers' safe return to work.
  • Provide technical expertise and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the team.
  • Actively review treatment requests and perform regular coaching.
  • Suggest cost-effective injury management interventions.
  • Be a Return to Work (RTW) advocate and make decisions with confidence and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Need:

  • Existing experience in case management and/or occupational rehab within Workers Compensation schemes.
  • An Allied Health Degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Rehabilitation.
  • Commercially-minded professional with sound understanding of strategic case management and empathetic influencing skills.
