At Belgravia Activities, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Programs Manager to lead our gymnastics programs in Traralgon.

As a Community Programs Manager, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of gymnastics programs and services to meet the needs of our community.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase program attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with our coaching team to ensure high-quality programming and coaching excellence.
  • Collaborate with local groups and organizations to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong background in program management, preferably with experience in gymnastics or sports development.
  • Proven skills in community engagement, marketing, and event planning.
  • A passion for working with children and young people, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
