About the Position:
  • Oversee your own program with guidance from the Director
  • Design and execute enriching activities for children
  • Assist with compliance paperwork and parent inquiries
  • Engage actively with the school community
  • Co-manage or coordinate during holiday programs
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions

Position Details:
  • Permanent part-time role
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Before School Care hours: 7:00am - 9:00am
  • After School Care hours: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
  • Administrative duties: 4.5 hours weekly
  • Block shifts available during Vacation Care periods

Qualifications:
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive mindset
  • Prior experience in before and after school care is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ambition to develop your career in child care
