Enhance Lives through Lifestyle Programs

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Resident Lifestyle Officer. This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive lifestyle programs, coordinating daily delivery of lifestyle and therapy programs, and participating in admission processes.

  • Lifestyle Program Development: Create engaging and meaningful lifestyle programs for residents, incorporating intergenerational activities and promoting social interaction.
  • Program Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the daily delivery of lifestyle and therapy programs, ensuring smooth execution and resident satisfaction.
  • Admission Process: Participate in the admission process, promote lifestyle programs, and discuss dining options with new residents, fostering a warm welcome.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with older people and delivering high-quality lifestyle programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifestyle programs.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily delivery of lifestyle and therapy programs.
  • Participate in admission process, promoting lifestyle programs and discussing dining options with new residents.
  • Manage lifestyle programs, including intergenerational activities and bookings of activities and bus trips.
