Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our After Market Services team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing the wholesale and specialty liquidations business for Amazon in APAC.
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for establishing long-term vendor relationships, becoming the secondary market expert, and maximizing liquidation recovery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the Liquidation business and financial performance, input, defect metrics.
- Owning the commercial agreements with liquidation vendor business-2-business (B2B customers).
- Conducting Request for Proposals (RFP) or strategic negotiations on behalf of Amazon with our external vendors/buyers.
- Making business decisions to optimize recovery across channels.
- Improving customer experience for buyers.
- Identifying industry trends and identifying the right vendor partners to support the strategic goals and objectives.
- Setting goals and strategic direction for the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
- Representing Amazon when meeting with senior executive teams from top vendors and building long-term strategic relationships.
