The Role

As a volume builder, we seek an experienced Site Manager who understands the fast-paced nature of residential construction.

You'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors to deliver homes on time and with exceptional quality.

Ensure high standards of quality and safety, and be a decision-maker who can anticipate potential challenges.

Provide effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage sites taking into account resources, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Lead a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors to deliver high-quality homes.
  • Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they impact projects.
Requirements

We require:

  • Extensive experience in residential construction management.
  • A proven track record of efficiently managing construction sites.
  • Holding a QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
