Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance for a Graduate Occupational Therapist to develop their skills and expertise in a multidisciplinary therapy setting. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides therapeutic services across the lifespan – from toddlers to aged care.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing a caseload, assessing clients' functional level and capacity, providing evidence-based interventions, and recommending Assistive Technology to promote independence.

You will work in a range of clinical settings, including our beautiful clinic spaces, private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
  • Support and advise on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work and residential facilities
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations
