Key Responsibilities:

This exciting role involves supporting the marketing manager with a shopping centre portfolio, primarily focusing on executing campaigns. Additionally, this position includes various administrative tasks to assist the marketing team, such as:

  • Provide general marketing support to the portfolio such as management of marketing inbox.
  • Responsible for the creation & deployment of templates, approval of property press ads etc.
  • Assist the Marketing team with Centre campaigns.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding marketing activities, sales collection, and promotions.
  • Review, proof & edit changes to marketing collateral, such as brochures and website content.
  • Assist with event coordination, project management & execution.
  • Administration duties include invoices, meeting minutes, etc

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Experience managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the property industry will be advantageous.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • High level of attention to detail in both visual and written communications.
