Senior Marketing Coordinator

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Fti Consulting, Inc, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of national marketing initiatives for our Corporate Finance and Restructuring (CF&R) team. This role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, executing physical and online events, and ensuring that external content aligns with the firm's branding and tone of voice.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
Create, edit, and manage content and design layout for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage national marketing and social media activity pipelines.
Oversee and support brand guideline training within teams.
Participate in marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Requirements
Marketing/communications graduate role with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within professional services.
Excellent command of written and verbal English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
Professional and positive manner.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint critical).
Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro) encouraged but not essential.
