The Role

We are seeking applications from mid to senior level Civil Engineers to join our Perth-based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career with a strong technical team around them, offering support and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and design activities to ensure a high standard of quality is achieved for assigned projects.
  • Provide technical input to project teams to ensure technical standards and efficiencies are achieved and that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Engineering with either Geotechnical or Civil specializations.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D design of embankments and roads, Geotechnical design of earth fill dams, Quantity calculations and preparation of bills of quantities, Technical writing, and Preparation of report components.
  • Well-developed computer skills, particularly engineering-related and office automation packages.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Mining/Tailings, Water and Hydrology experience preferred but not essential.
  • A good analytical and problem-solving mind.
  • A willingness to work as an integral part of the team and to both teach and learn to strengthen the team.
  • Commitment to travel interstate and internationally when required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering. Post-graduate qualification will be highly regarded.
  • A minimum 3 to 10 years' relevant applied experience.
