Electrification professionals with a passion for maintaining complex systems are sought after by our client to fill a critical role within their Mornington Peninsula-based team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and packaging machinery, collaborating closely with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Providing regular maintenance and troubleshooting services for production and packaging equipment.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to diagnose and repair machinery efficiently.
• Assisting with the installation and relocation of associated equipment or machinery in plant settings.
• Supporting production goals through targeted maintenance initiatives.
• Achieving high uptime targets by implementing condition monitoring and preventative maintenance strategies.

• Trade certification in electrical engineering.
• Practical experience working with flow wrap machines, VFFS machines, pumps, and conveyors.
• Hands-on skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding Tig and Arc processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
